  • Designed and conducted quantitative research with diverse populations of senior high school students to explore "The Impact of Physical Education Program on Students' Health in the Kumasi Metropolis, Ghana" in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of a BSc. in Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports Education supervised by Dr. William W. Agbeko at the University of Education, Winneba.
  • Developed and presented a quantitative research proposal on "Commuting Stress and Physical Activity as Predictors of Cardiovascular Health among Industrial Workers in Okaikoi Sub-Metro, Ghana" to the HPER Department of the University of Cape Coast on April 23, 2023, under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Hormenu and Dr. Wilson Edward Ansah.
  • Conducted and presented comprehensive qualitative interviews with a diverse sample of 70 participants, achieving a 90% response rate on "Assessment and Evidence-based Interventions for Waste Management Problems in the Apewosika Community" in July 2022 as an academic term paper for Community and Environmental Health Assessment and Intervention at the University of Cape Coast.
  • Presented a strategic intervention on the topic, 'Teenage Pregnancy" as the main speaker during the PTA at Kumasi City International School on August 13, 2021.
