Swimming and gymnastics

I obtained my swimming skills from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I went through a ten days strategic training and acquired a certificate. from then swimming has become a hobby that i mostly do on weekends.

For gymnastics, i have been doing it for quit some period of years now and still doing. Its part of my timetable just to improve my health life.
