  • Oversaw the successful migration of Novago Ghana’s financial data from Quick Books to Sage 100 cloud in 2021.
  • Played a key role in negotiating an improved interest rate with our banks, from GRR+4 to GRR+0 in 2022.
  • Built from the scratch Novago Ghana’s fixed assets register, and assets coding and tagging system in June 2020.
  • Engaged all Novago Ghana suppliers to renegotiate and realign new payment terms and periods to stabilize the company’s cashflow.
  • Led a team of delegation to Taiwan Semi-Conductors (TSC) in Dubai to negotiate and seal the TSC printers’ distributorship deal for Jogobu Company Ltd in June 2017.
  • Set up the Fixed Assets module of Topaz Accounting Pro for Ecobank Ghana and trained the staff at the Head Office in August 2013.
  • Set up the payroll module of Topaz Accounting Pro for Unique Insurance Company and trained their accounts department staff in July 2013.
  • My recommendations on the tests ran on features in Topaz Accounting Pro application largely contributed to the improvement of Budget, Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliation features in the application in 2013.
  • Introduction of internal control mechanisms which led to the cost control and a better accountability at the Adaboi mine site of North American Mining Ghana Ltd in 2011.
  • Successfully acted as the NHIS Authorization Officer at the Korle-Bu Reconstruction Plastic Surgery and Burns Center from February 2010 to July 2010.
