1. Enhanced Supply Chain Solutions:

a. Localized warehousing, including cold chain product storage and management.

b. Centralized Purchasing to include end to end supply chain management, customs clearance, and last mile delivery.

c. Initiated quarterly reagents and consumables forecasting and demand planning with end users to improve delivery timelines and product expiries.

2. Technical Support and Training:

a. Oversaw the expansion of 24-hour customer service, first line applications support/ trouble shooting and 72-hour engineering onsite repairs to ISN international customers.
