- Assists in information gathering and environmental scan
- Assists in writing public relations copies (e.g
- Write-ups on flyers, bulletins)
- Assists in liaising with media houses for coverage of activities
- Assists in monitoring press coverage, which can be accessed in the Press Office cutting library
- Assists in publicity/advertisement
- Assists in organizing ceremonies, official functions/events, congregation, matriculation, inaugural lecturers, open days, etc
- Assists in dealing with Public enquiries
- Assists in drafting of speeches
- Assists in taking care of office equipment
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
