  • A member of the “Project Anansi” Creating an omni channel platform to enhance brand visibility for consumers and small trade outlets leveraging on the idea of one stop shop as the best and pragmatic beverage distribution solution.
  • Appointing and collaborating with Adelia a third-party labor broker to set up the dedicated Easy 24 team recruiting a 20 member team for operations. Team structure, processes, tools etc.
  • Assisted with the establishment of a robust supply chain solution (Warehouse; 2k sqft & systems: Navision and Easy 24 integration)
  • Onboarded eleven (11) third party suppliers (CPG’s) covering a total of 58% of the current IWSR report with good brand portfolio; Moet & Hennessy brands, Diageo brands, sovereign brands, Coca Cola, Kasapreko etc. With a total of 139 brands with 404 sku’s currently available on app.
  • Collaborated on an acceleration plan with Field force to implement the idea of providing an app; one stop shop affirms Pernod Ricard’s position as the first to evolve by introducing this model which resulted in 3295 outlets to be visited and 1752 registered with twenty (20) sales commandos.
  • As the commercial manager that reports directly to the Country Manager, the Managing Director and the global deployment team, I led the SDC (Service, Distribution and commercial) meetings driving the projects selling 8271 9lc landing at a GMV of 2.5 million Euros sales; 4x GMV growth compared to the previous year (2022).
  • Collaborated with Brandworx to develop and daily task tool (Easy 24 Africa) to manage the team of 28 sales commandos.
  • Led the commercial part of the SNOP process weekly on Easy 24 Ghana.
  • Collaborated with Finance team to develop the special condition of sale leveraging on a 15% discount arrangement to the 3rd party suppliers well documented in an SLA agreement which catered for a fair business and partner deal which increased sales of Pernod Ricard Ghana brands.
  • Collaborated wit DPO to design and implement a cashless payment system on the app leveraging on the power and strength of mobile banking and mobile money alleviating 80% of the threat or risk on cash collection.
  • As a B2B platform, Easy 24 serving the key accounts led to the collaboration with Marketing in activating seventy-two (72) on Jameson, thirty-six (36) times on Martel, eighteen (18) times on Beefeater reaching a total of 102 accounts with some multiple activations in specific accounts.
  • Curated all promotions on Easy 24 leading to a total of three thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight promotional packs sold within a year span listing a total of 22 promotional deals.

National Distribution Manager

  • Led the Mainstream channel with five (5) key distributors to achieve a growth of 37% above the annual target within 6 months.
  • Developed the current expansion plan of Pernod Ricard Ghana “The National Expansion Plan” which will seek to increase numeric distribution of brands, build equity and in the end increase our market share.
  • Built a business case around maintaining two (2) footprint brands (Olmeca Tequila & Malibu) rather than discontinuing, the highest selling brands of Pernod Ricard Ghana.
  • Developed new ways of work for “The Last Mile Distribution Project’ leading to the reduction of our distribution cost significantly managing 30 last mile distribution (LMD) tricycle sales persons.
  • Managed all 3rd party brokers of Pernod Ricard from probing, reviewing , auditing and recommending the best practices reducing our cost and expenses to reduce between 25-30% monthly.
  • Developed organizational systems for financial reports, schedules, inventory control and merchandising.
  • Developed the annual activations plan for the mainstream and e-commerce channel of the Pernod Ricard Ghana business that lead to the increase of our share of voice from 35% average to 70%.
  • Developed a special condition of sales (Trade Terms) and Growth plan for all Key Distributors in Ghana.
  • Prepare the Monthly and quarterly business review: Targets, performance, gap analysis, forecasting etc, with all stakeholders.
  • Secured a partnership with the Biggest beach club pop in end of year (December) for 3 years leading to a sale of between 2500 - 3500 bottles of premium spirits.
  • Introduced the Jameson Bartender support campaign: To support Bartenders in Ghana that serve a core function of PRG business during the Covid -19 pandemic providing each bartender 1000 Ghc and two (2) bottles of Jameson Whiskey.
  • Managed all Key Distributors of PRG delivering over the target; an extra of four thousand (4000) 9lc + cases by designing the route to market.

  • As a member of the Pernod Ricard Ghana product sales workforce, constructively tackled the affiliate business system and proposed an alternative and new ways of working which lead to the increase in the speed of delivery from 24 hours to 6 hours max.
