- I had a second year optional internship at the Public Service Commission(PSC) Finance Drive, Accra.
- Under it's IT department, I served as an IT support; fixing scanners, setting up monitors and projectors for scheduled meetings and assisted employees with tech difficulties.
- Notwithstanding the fact that PSC is not an IT related company but a Human Resource facility; I had the chance to widen up my scope, learn how to relate with fellow colleagues and also build my network. The experience was new but needed
- A four weeks program that begun on Monday 16th October and ended 6th November 2023.
- I also had the opportunity to serve as an intern under the Tech Department of the Ministry of Education, Accra.
- For three weeks, I helped provide first-level technical support via phone and E-mail.
- I also helped with the installation of software applications.
- For this period I was under the supervision of the Director of Human Resource
