Nabil Mohammed Yussif

I am currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, with a strong foundation in research, laboratory analysis, and environmental monitoring. I have hands-on experience with GIS tools for spatial data analysis, and I’ve worked on projects involving water quality testing and sustainability. I also have a keen interest in systems thinking and problem-solving, supported by my skills in Excel automation and digital content creation through YouTube. I’m passionate about using science and technology to address real-world environmental challenges.

• Basketball has been a significant part of my personal development. Playing regularly has helped me build discipline, teamwork, and resilience. It has taught me how to stay focused under pressure, communicate effectively with teammates, and constantly strive for improvement. I often draw on these qualities in academic settings and group projects, where collaboration and perseverance are key to success. In addition to playing, I also organized the biggest basketball game on campus, where I led event planning, coordinated logistics, and brought together a large number of participants and spectators—demonstrating my leadership, organization, and community-building skills.
