• Esigned and implemented the refurbishment of an existing warehouse to a state of the art automotive workshop and showroom with a combined living area in Kumasi , Takoradi.
• Esigned from ground up and constructed a multi level trifold automotive showroom with separate double workshops, warehousing reception and two- three story living area in Takoradi for Rana Motors
• I designed with korean engineers the KIA Assembly Plant in Ghana , we designed all the car production lines and infrastructure.
• I am supervision all the related works there currently.

• Utilized and refined my knowledge in steel structure by undertaking various project within Ghana such as;UNI BANK ,A.R.I.S school buildings ,Delta Factory etc.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.
• Verified completed projects met approved time, quality and cost estimates.
• Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational.
• Improved process efficiency and workflow by implementing productivity initiatives and proactively identifying and resolving problems.

• Liaised with civil technicians to prepare and update maps, drawings and blueprints using computer-assisted methods.
• Managed construction contracts for capital projects to outline objectives, stakeholder responsibilities and modification procedures.
• Managed conceptual design projects while providing task management and technical contributions to multidisciplinary teams.
• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.

• Established and implemented construction schedules, methods, equipment and labor requirements using Gantt charts and MS Project.
• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Analyzed and interpreted construction designs and specifications created in AutoCAD.
