· Conduct remote or in person training for community actors on human right violations on Persons Living and Affected with HIV (PLHIV).

· Identify, resolve any technical hitches on Redcap collection tool and Liaise with ART In-charges, Data Officers, TB coordinators and other stakeholders for effective supervision and monitoring activities of community cadres (CATS, Case Managers, Mentor Mothers, Model of Hope, Peer Paralegals, TB CHAMPIONS and VOLUNTEERS) to ensure that they are working according to plan and provide timely feedback to strengthened fieldwork.

· Organize meetings with community cadres to assess progress of work, plan strategies to address challenges, reviews and clean data collected.

· Analyze monthly performance of community actors

· Represents CSS-CHAG in all engagements including meetings in the district while liaising with the district Assemblies, Health directorates and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects contribution to the district’s HIV/TB response is acknowledged.

· Researches and report on trends for informed management decision making.

· Prepares and submit monthly project reports.

· Identifies, captures, synthesizes, and share lessons learnt for effective and informed progress toward program objective.
