- Overseeing the implementation of strategy for the District Office and providing inputs into the development of policies for the NHIA.

- Developed and implemented strategies for the District Office, and supervised the preparation of financial plans and budget for the District Office.
- Maintained a directory/database of accredited providers in the District and also assisted in complaints and concerns from various stakeholders.
- Designed and organized training program for staff, providers, members, and other stakeholders when and where necessary.
- Liaised with opinion leaders and organized regular community/stakeholder engagement on the various activities of the NHIS.
- Exercised oversight responsibility for the administration and authorization of payments in the Districts.
