  • Key achievements:
  • Restructured the demand and MSO planning team to be category (Home Care, Personal Care and Foods) oriented rather than activity (Demand Planning and intercompany sourcing) driven, to better fit requirements and focus of the Business Units
  • Hosted the West Africa S&OP workshop which relaunched the process, put in place a project team to ensure its proper roll out per function and redesigned the process to ensure a clear definition of roles and responsibilities between the various actors (sponsors, facilitators, contributors) to the building blocks of the process
  • Ghana Supply Chain Team awarded the best African Supply Chain of the year, subsequent to outstanding customer service @ 98% at the end of 2014
