- Provided advisory and mentoring support to existing/established enterprises (LRP PAPs) on business planning, budgeting, and record keeping.
- Facilitated creation of farmer groups by connecting them with Nzema Maanle Rural Bank, Ankobrah West Rural Bank, and Cal Bank (Esiana Branch) for financial support.
- Coordinated stakeholder communication with off-takers (Ropryn) to secure farm produce sales for farmers.
- Supervised the application and selection of six hundred (600) Project Participants from the ten coastal communities termed Areas of Influence (AoI).
- Assisted in the selection of PPs sites for piggery, poultry, and aquaculture.
