  • With the absence of a legal office since its incorporation in 2012, I spearheaded the setting up of a legal administrative office for both companies in 2023 when I joined them as the only employee with a background in law.
  • I am the sole administrator of both companies' legal mail, responding to external inquiries, communicating with in-house personnel on various projects, assigning tasks to appropriate departments, and attending to tasks assigned to the legal office.
  • I organize and facilitate training sessions for staff on legal compliance, policy, data protection, and issues of general business legal knowledge.
  • I work directly with the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the Head of Finance, and the Head of Sales, as well as heads of all departments in the company in ensuring compliance with laws and policies, as well as coming up with and implementing solutions to legal administrative problems.
  • I serve as a liaison between the companies and their external counsels in managing court cases and proceedings.
  • I review all contracts and agreements of the companies and facilitate their execution.
  • I facilitate the day-to-day legal administrative processes of the companies.
