• Introduced a methodology for root cause analysis which is currently being used at the central Bank
• Developed the Central Bank's first AML questionnaire .

• Undertook end to end cashier duties and ensured timely evacuation of cash
• Responded to customer needs through competent customer service and prompt problem-solving
• Undertook personal banking duties including account opening & management, customer relationship management and financial advisory services
• Branch vault management
• Acted as risk coordinator for my branch, giving me the opportunity to champion Anti-Money Laundering, business continuity and self-risk assessment issues in the branch

Achievements:

• Reduced customer waiting time by two hours whiles acting as vault manager
• Succeeded in cross-selling other bank products to about 5% of the customers I served when I was in charge of foreign currency transactions in my branch (SWIFT and Debit/Credit card transactions)
• Won teller of the month award for three consecutive months in my branch

• Acted as research assistant at the Business School
• Provided general administrative support.
