Duties as an Admissions Assistant

• Review all applications based on standard admissions policies
• Conduct interviews for all applicants with interview committee
• Correspond with applicants by providing appropriate answers to questions,
• providing additional information, conducting live chats and following up with phone calls
• Advice students on programmes offered, application procedures what to study in comparison with career goals and payment options available
• Coordinate with various school authorities to schedule school and campus visit dates
• Support and assist with recruitment activities, school visits, admissions publications and information sessions
• Prepare admission letters for prospective students who apply and meet requirements

Duties as a First Impressions Officer
