- In less than two years as a Customer Service Officer, I won the best Customer Service Officer Award for the year 2018.

- Address the sanitation needs of the people of Abrobiano in the Kommenda Eguafo Edina Agona district in the Central Region
- I was put in charge of the poly tank which was built by previous volunteers and I was able to make sure frequent supply of water was available to the community since it was the only source of water supply.
- Also as part of the infrastructure team, I was able to lift the roofing of one classroom block, flooring of the Kindergarten class and painting of the Kindergarten class with pictures to aid the kids in learning.
- All these were done working with not only Ghanaians but UK volunteers as well.
