Accomplishments
- As a team lead, my team and I refurbished five loading arms at the Ghana Oil Jetty in Tema port in 2014, increasing the availability and reliability of the Oil Jetty from 40% and 30% to 80% and 85% respectively
- In 2019 my team and I installed a new 10-inch gas loading arm at Ghana Oil Jetty in Tema port this reduced the turn around of gas vessels and increased productivity by 40%
- As the terminal engineer in charge of the fleet we managed to keep an annual average availability of 84.15% in 2016 and 85.55% in 2017 with an equally high reliability . This increased the Golden Jubilee Terminal revenue by 31% more than its annual target. And has been increasing since then
