Sending Out Daily Site and Weekly Toolbox Communications.

Developing and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures.

PPE Management.

Training of employees on their HSE responsibilities.

Identifying hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions put in place.

Conducting Baseline, Issue-base, Task Specific Risk Assessments.

Partake in client organized HSE meetings and audits.

Participate in incident / accident investigation.

Developing Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management system and implementing it.

Monthly OHSE statistics presentation to Senior Management Team.

Developing and administering of Safety, Health and Environmental documents and programs to prevent accidents / incidents and loss.

Incident trend analysis presentation.

Participating in accidents/incidents investigations.

Attending Clients organized Safety, Health and Environmental inspections and audits.

Training, staff motivating and positively influence the safe productive improvement of OHSE processes and practices within the work area.

PPE management.

Hazard identification, corrective and preventive actions.

Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.

Training Supervisors on their OHSE responsibilities and provide them with safety support and directions.

Conduct Risk Assessments – Baseline, Issue-base, Task Specific -Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Implementing Strategies to abate Chemical Health Hazards such as providing Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and thoroughly briefing users.

Traffic Management and Strategies for Abating Road Traffic incidents on the project.

Prepare review and train employees on Safe Working / Operating Procedures (SWP / SOP) for their task.

Conduct monthly internal OHSE audits.

Coordination of OHSE activities with employer, Local authorities and sub-contractors.

Coordination of HSE activities with employer and local authorities.

Weekly and monthly HSE statistical report including Man-hour report to the Clients.

Provide safety support and direction to all Supervisors.

Attending the client's weekly progress and monthly. contractual/progress meetings.

Ensure that equipment and other certifications and inspections are done with proofs.

Ensure the certification of all operators for the mandatory MINCOM Competency Certificate.

Assist management in setting project HSE objectives and targets.
