As an IB homeroom teacher, I focus on fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment for primary students, emphasizing inquiry-based learning and the development of critical thinking skills. My role includes:

Through these approaches, I aim to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically and socially.

• I was the home room teacher for year four primary and taught Literacy for During the period, I helped established the art club and also awarded a certificate for being the best teacher in creativity.

• Home room teacher for primary year three and my main responsibility was to ensure professional classroom management and teaching most of the Cambridge subjects.
• As a result of professionals which led to improvement in children’s classwork, my class was used to update the school’s website.

• During the period, I was the homeroom teacher for primary year three and my sole responsibility was to teach and implement the curriculum within the Qualification and Curriculum Authority framework.
• I was well trained to use various teaching and learning strategies in the classroom.

• I taught English and Social Studies in Junior High classes 1, 2 and 3.
• During the period, I was able to establish the first reading club in the school which motivated a lot of children to love reading and eventually improving their reading, writing and speaking the English language.

• My sole responsibility at the time was to collate quarterly reports on the SHEP activities in the various districts in the regions and liaising with the director in addressing some of the challenges facing the SHEP coordinators in the districts.
• I was also used as a facilitator during training and workshops for schools in some districts.

• I was in the Human Resource Department where I conducted interviews for recruitment into the teaching field with my directors and also processed the IPPD inputs for payment of teachers’ salaries and assisting the Human Resource director in all matters concerning the Human Resource Department and finally monitoring the performance of GES personnel on the field.

• The teaching experience was my first after graduating from the Teachers Training College.
• I was the class teacher for JH class 2 and taught the basic subjects at the level.
• During the period I helped in establishing the school’s library where I liaised with some NGOs such as Child Care International –( Cape Coast ) to provide the school with library books.
