  • CalBank PLC - Commercial Banking, Led my Cluster to increase its commercial portfolio starting deposit by 400% in less than three years., Led the Cluster as the pioneer Manager to organize, train and set up the Business Centre for the attainment of the Bank's objective in commercial banking. The unit has its catchment covering three regions namely Western, Western north and Central regions., Achieved at least 95% of the Centre's PBT budget consistently year on year., Implemented proactive communication strategies to address client needs and concerns, resulting in a 30% decrease in client complaints in the first six months., Led my team to extend the bank's flagship product namely agent banking to communities in and around the catchment area and set up over 150 agents within these communities to enhance the savings culture of the citizens and mobilized over $15m in turnover.
  • CalBank Plc - Takoradi Branch, Led the branch to return to profit from a loss position in 07/2019 to a profit of 170% from the loss status as at the year-end 12/2020., Led the branch to increase its deposit by 67.30% from 07/2019 to the year-end 12/2020., Assisted (oversight responsibility) the Sekondi Road Branch to make profit in 01/2021 for the first time in three years (Since inception).
  • Zenith Bank (GH) Ltd. - Tarkwa Branch, Led the Tarkwa branch of Zenith Bank to start the branch and made 120% of the branch's profit target in the first year of operation., Led the branch to attain a deposit of over Eighty million Ghana Cedis (GHc80m) as of 04/2019., Led the team to open 700 salary accounts and 300 individual savings accounts all within a single month (04/2018)., Led the team to open the accounts of major institutions being the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly, the Municipal Government Hospital, and a major Mining Company.
  • CAL Asset Management Company Ltd. - Head Office, Accra, I was a key member of the team that onboarded three major mining companies whose business activities transformed the Fund., I helped in maintaining a prompt reporting report schedule and avoided any fine on late reporting., I ensured delighted clientele through the use of our annual meeting and feedback session.
