To recruit, motivate, train and support large number of part time voluntary helper and carries out task that achieve Scripture Union aims and objectives in the area assigned to me in the spirit of the Union's working principles.

Keeping in close touch with the director - regions to inform him of situations, field trend and problems and co-ordinate future plans.

Ensures effective implementation and execution of policies and programs in the context of national , regional and area priorities to achieve SU aims and objectives

• Coordinate all Programs and Activities of Scripture Union in Both Senior and Junior High Schools
• Recruit, Vet and Train students leaders for Scripture Union Groups and Schools
• Meetings with Scripture Union School Groups Patrons, Chaplains and School Heads for Partnership discussion.
• Visiting schools with Scripture Union fellowships on regular basis
• Build social and cooperate partnership with individual, institutions and companies for supports and sponsorship
• Recruit and Training volunteers to work with Scripture Union.
• Planning and organizing other Scripture Union programs with the help of other staff and volunteers in the region.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the Performance of key stakeholders and the growth of Scripture Union ministry in the region
• Preparation, Presentation and Defence of Annual Budget and Action Plan of the Area at Annual General Meetings for Approval.

• Collection of Daily Ward States and Monthly Departmental Reports.
• Tallying of Monthly Review and Referral Cases.
• Daily registration and service request for patients

• Tutor of Mathematics, Economics, Government, Geography and Social Studies.
• Monitored teaching proceedings, evaluation of teachers and students’ performance.
• Modelled teaching time table and conducted internal exams.
• A record of 100% performance in all subject in November/ December Private WASSCE Exams in 2015

• Recorded Daily Records and Registration of New Patients
• Service Entries for Patients Using Computer Software (HAMS)
• Daily Filing and Retrieving of Folders
• Monthly Filling of Morbidity Records Sheet.
