- Perform weekly warehouse safety and environmental Inspection
- Supervise inventory counting activities, investigate and rectify all discrepancies reported
- Generate weekly replenishment report and send to the various user department for their review and approval
- Follow up on replenishment report sent to the various users and ensure review is completed timely
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required
- Liaise with the logistics section, to ensure that orders that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received
- Coordinate mid-month Inventory and warehouse monthly planning and review meetings
- Generate weekly replenishment report for all consignment items and ensure timely replenishment of all consignment items
- Perform Inventory classification and stock level review
- Ensures all department transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Oversee the constant flow of stock in and out of the company’s warehouse facility
- Ensure that incoming products are received and managed appropriately according to company procedures
- Responsible for the running of daily/weekly/monthly Goods Received Reports, and supervise all off-loading and dispatch
- Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials
- Coordinates the preparation of inventory reports to ensure key critical areas of stock systems are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved
- Prepare and generate weekly stock out and Pre-stock out reports on critical spares
- Follow up weekly stock out and Pre-stock out report to ensure inventory items are replenished on time
- Ensure proper management of obsolete and excess stocks
