Utilised GEOVIA Surpac in processing of blast design markouts, stakeouts and topo update using field data pickups.
Performed daily field pickups and stakeout such as blast hole pickups, pit floor checks and pickups, blast design and blast limit stakeout.
Received, validated and accurately captured real time production data on equipment status, material types and grades using the Modular Dispatch Fleet Management System.
Ensured proper equipment assignment to maximize equipment utilization and productivity.
Received and accurately collated hourly drilled meters using MS Excel.
Received and promptly communicated correct equipment breakdowns faults to technicians, supervisors while doing follow ups on work progress to help minimize equipment downtimes.
Accurately captured equipment breakdowns on the MineCare Time Tracking system, Dispatch Fleet Management system and prepared work orders for equipment breakdowns using Pronto Xi software.
Actively monitored equipment and operator performance, haulage cycles, material flow and equipment locations to reduce delays and help resolve unexpected events that occur during the cycle.
Prepared daily dispatch KPI reports for production meeting and hourly reports to various stakeholders to enable prompt decision making that drives production.
