Thesis Statement: Microbial Quality of Ginger Powder Sold in Some Markets in Kumasi, Ghana.
Explored the relationship between the moisture content of ginger powder and its microbial quality through meticulous analysis of data obtained from moisture content determination, Total Viable Count, and Total Staphylococcal Count assessments. Employed biochemical tests to identify and characterize microorganisms present in the samples, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the spice's safety and quality.
