- Bulk Rioflex Application: MAXAM primarily supplies Riomex ( standard emulsion) in Ghana. As part of plans to convert to Rioflex (Water Gel) I was fortunate to undergo training of Rioflex manufacturing and application at MAXAM IAMGOLD ESSAKANE, in Burkina to lead trials in Ghana.
- Hanwha Hitronics II System Training in Madrid: This training was carried out in Madrid for implementation of Hanwha Hitronics II Electronic Initiation System. In addition to this, I appreciated the manufacturing of NONEL and Electronic IS, Booster and Cartridge explosives manufacturing in Galdacano, Bilbao.
