GAOTek Inc., a global leader in RFID products, hired me as a tech support virtual to provide online technical assistance and guidance to customers and users. I work with a diverse team of experts to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also apply my skills and knowledge in RFID devices, BLE, and antennas to support product development and testing.

In addition to my role at GAOTek, I am a network engineer at Conny computer service, where I install, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, CCTV cameras, servers, and software for various clients. I have more than seven years of experience in this field, and I am certified in Cisco network devices and software. I have successfully completed several projects, such as setting up a wireless network for a large office building, configuring a CCTV system for a school, and upgrading a server for a hospital.

I am passionate about learning new technologies and solutions that can enhance the performance and security of network systems and devices. I am currently pursuing a diploma in hardware engineering from Intercom Programming and manufacture company Limited, which I expect to complete in June 2023. I also hold a certificate in computer software engineering from the same institution, and two diplomas in computer systems networking and telecommunications and Cisco network and engineering from Alison. I am flexible, motivated, and eager to learn, and I strive to deliver high-quality and timely service and support to meet the needs and expectations of my team and customer
