Materials and Logistics Coordinator

  • Manage the input/output of the materials stored and warehoused for all departments
  • Manage the stock levels of consumables and two-year spares.
  • Control the materials availability through Maximo and ensure the correction reception on board.
  • Ensure all the materials delivered on board meet specifications.
  • Prepare the Delivery Order Note of the sending material for shipment. Work closely with Marine Dept, to ensure the material is return on time to Onshore.
  • Control the availability of the personal and common tools for each workshop. Establish and ensure the monitoring of the tool’s lists.
  • Participate in a coordinated Nationalization and on the job training program.
  • Identify chemicals with DG codes both outbound and inbound.
  • Prepare, control and ensure Logistics Operating Procedures are updated.
