• Responsible for assessing newly admitted Juvenile inmates.
• Assessment of circumstances of inmates.
• Create suggestions of treatment regiments and review consideration of discharge.

• Successful track record of executing transformative programs for over 1000 boys and 400 girls in 7 years.
• Identify and facilitate internship opportunities in government vocational training schools.
• Implement and coordinate skill learning workshops(e.g
• Beading, hairdressing and shoemaking) for children in detention at the Juvenile Correctional Centers in Accra
• Mentor older youth in orphanages in Accra.
