  • Managed an end-to-end delivery of all transition and enterprise projects that had to be included as part of the first phase of the build stage of temenos R21 seeing to it that all projects went through the approved software development life cycle (SDLC) and various test phases to productionisation
  • Successfully managed the integration of third-party systems such as SWIFT, ACH/CCC and other internal reporting and regulatory applications in delivering the first phase of the model bank
  • Supervised the IT components and activities for data migration from temenos R16 to R21 relative to the extraction, Validation and upload of various data sets
