I have attained five (5) years of clinical and laboratory training experience as a medical laboratory science student from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and various health facilities as a health professional.


Skilled multitasker with superior work ethic and good teamwork, problem-solving and organizational skills willing to take on any task to help team.


Reliable and dedicated team player with hardworking and resourceful approach. Now in medical laboratory practice, I am involved in general laboratory practice and assist in diagnosis. Based on my training I have attained skill sets including; the ability to use referencing and statistical software such as Mendeley, and SPSS. I am also proficient in Microsoft office suite (MS word, MS PowerPoint and Excel). In my medical laboratory training, I attained various techniques and practices including; DNA extraction and isolation, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), gel electrophoresis, DNA visualization, culture and media preparation, pipetting, stain preparation and staining, microscopy, sectioning/microtome, Gene Xpert (for diagnosis of tuberculosis), Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), protocol optimization, preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP), quality control and quality assurance, sample collection and storage, phlebotomy, etc. I was also trained in the usage of various medical laboratory equipment (i-smart30 pro electrolyte auto-analyser, Sysmex haematology auto-analyser XN- 350, Mindray haematology auto-analyser BC-5380, Jactermac water bath HH-42, Jactermac centrifuge LC-04B, Electric oven DHG-9202-1SA, Biochemical incubator, Olympus microscope CX41, etc). Detail-oriented Laboratory scientist, well-versed in performing tests such as urinalysis, blood gasses and blood smears.

Highly organized and diligent with systematic approach to handling specimens and conducting assessments. Ready to bring years of related experience to challenging new role. I always want to seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
