• Served on the SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training College management committee as a head of department for the midwifery department, where I successfully liaised with preceptors and directors of nursing and midwifery services to ensure optimal clinical placements for students, contributing to the college’s remarkable achievement of a 100% pass rate in the licensing examination by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana for three years out of the last four.
• Led the PTA hostel of the SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training College to be adjudged the most disciplined hostel on campus for five consecutive times as a house mistress.
• Increased client patronage significantly from 72% to 90 % and improved maternal and infant health outcomes through initiatives such as high-risk pregnancy identification, antenatal care enhancement, and prenatal education as an in charge of the maternity unit at Juaboso Government Hospital.

• Participated in research on breast cancer awareness among female students at Cape NMTC towards the award of a bachelor's degree in health sciences, University Cape Coast.
• Participated in research on factors contributing to high adolescent pregnancy among teenagers at Nkontompo community towards the award of a diploma in midwifery at Sekondi Nursing and Midwifery Training College.
