A seasoned Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (RMEL) professional with 15 years of experience in designing and implementing MEL systems for international development initiatives. I hold a Master's Degree in Development Management with a specialization in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Statistics. Currently serving as the Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor at Rikolto International, a Belgium-based NGO that promotes sustainable food systems across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. I have a strong track record in designing and implementing MEL systems for diverse projects, facilitating learning and driving data-informed decision-making. My previous roles include MEL Manager for the West Africa Biodiversity and Low Emission Development Programme, MEL Specialist for USAID's Borderless Alliance in West Africa and Regional Research and M&E Advisor for Marie Stopes International, where I supported programmes in over 10 countries across West and Southern Africa. Currently based in Ghana and open to global opportunities that align with my expertise.
