I Motivate team members to meet challenging customer demands in fast-paced environments. Never sacrifice quality, safety or cost control measures vital to sustainable business operations. I have been an integral and core team player since the birth of our family restaurant business since 2008.i have championed lots of productive and fun activities during my tenure of managing the shop after my high school years. I'm proudly a co-founder of CROSSOVER-ANNEX which was birthed from the mother bar,It was single handedly put up by me and a little support from my mother but under the disguise and ownership of my mum as a result of it being a family business. I'm a shareholder and CEO of our new establishment,which is barely over a year old.i have evidence and proof of me managing and supervising the project in putting up the new place.

Whiles in school ,apart from my heavy academic schedule and background,i took interest in extra curricular activities. I was a member of the SCRIPTURE UNION (S.U),COMMISSION FOR CIVIC EDUCATION (N.C.C.E) and the GHANA UNITED NATIONS STUDENT ASSOCIATION (GUNSA) clubs.
I'm also a sportsman who was awarded certificates of Merit by my house and also won honorable awards for my house back in high school. I can't say same for my college or university years because i fell off the radar in sports and academics,this was as a result of me taking responsibilities and coupling school and managing my mom's restauarant and bar.
