The gym became a beneficial activity for my health, as well as my everyday life. Every second in the gym, carries me further and further away from reality.

Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps my heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off my body. its builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. its helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs

Digital gaming especially (FIFA) keeps me indoors and makes analetically intelligent. 

We have discussed many of my skills, abilities, and experiences that make me a strong candidate, including my experience working with clients and my written and oral communication skills. I would also like to add that I am currently learning and developing other skills that will make me an even more effective employee, should I be hired.
