* Worked with other IT officials to detect and assist enumerators and supervisors correct data

quality errors thus enabling Sunyani municipal to emerge as the best district in the Bono Region with accurate and error free data.

* Made backup of data on all tablets assigned to the Supervisory Areas (SA).

* Delivered consistent and quality monitoring, training and onboarding for enumerators and

supervisors.

* Worked successfully with over 520 field enumerators and supervisors to validate GPS

coordinates taken for various structures to make sure data collected for the 2021 Population

and Housing Census is 100% accurate and credible.

* Compiled and entered about 50% of the data needed by the office for statistical report maintaining 95-98% accuracy rate.

* Assisted in the computation of monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Inflation rate in the Bono Region with 100% accuracy over my one year stay at Ghana Statistical Service as a National Service Personnel.

* Volunteered to assist with special office projects in all the three departments within the office, successfully completing over 95% of tasks prior to their deadlines.

* Verified client information and entered the required information into the company's database for the processing of a Tax Identification Number (TIN), achieving a 70% reduction in the existing backlog.

* Discussed, explained, answered questions and helped tax payers understand and successfully file their tax returns with ease, therefore reducing client complaints and time spent on completing a transaction.

* Assisted in office administrative duties by keeping 1000s of files organized and preparing spaces for meetings.
