• Carrying out quality preventative, corrective maintenance and breakdown repairs activities carried out on all fixed plant equipment
• Actively involved in all planned maintenance and breakdown repairs activities carried out in the crushing (gyratory, Jaw and Cone), Milling (SAG and BALL), CIL, KILN, IRL Agitator shaft, pumps and compressor and all fixed plant equipment
• Overhauling and assembling of centrifugal pumps, bearing assembly, agitator gearbox and pinion cartridge assembly
• Crusher relining (gyratory (Thyssenkrupp) and cone Sandvik (CH440, CH660 and CS660)) and crusher bowl and mantle rebuilding
• Vibratory screen, apron feeder inspection and maintenance
• Lubrication work, including changing and topping up oil for various crushing lubes
• Inspections and PMs checks on all fixed plant equipment and structure, reporting hazards and damage equipment to supervisors
• Jaw crusher servicing and maintenance (fixed and movable liner and shim-plates changed-out)
• Carrying out quality preventative, corrective maintenance and breakdown repairs activities carried out in the plant
• Installation of bearing (Plumber block), rollers, pulleys and drive belts (SPB, SPC Type)
• Overhauling and assembling of centrifugal pumps, bearing assembly, agitator gearbox and pinion cartridge assembly
• SAG and BALL mill Y(Oil) and V(dust) seal change out
• Lubrication work, including changing and topping oil for various crushing, SAG and BALL mill lube unit
• Housekeeping, productivity and safety practices within the plant
• Positive displacement pumps maintenance and centrifugal pumps repairs
