Horseriding and baking

I love horses.  I like their calm and sensitive nature.  I like to be around them especially when I want to decompress.

Baking is what I do to unwind. Inasmuch as I love baking tarts and cake, I love baking bread the most.  The smell of freshly baked bread takes me to my happy place!
