During my internship at Camfed Ghana, I supported the management of Mobile Learning Labs, assisted with IT support, and enforced information security policies. Additionally, I facilitated community interaction and drove socio-economic transformation during my fieldwork in the Upper East Region. I help them grow and develop through the "My Better World Program." I introduce new learning strategies and support them both inside and outside the classroom. Writing monthly reports is also part of my responsibilities to track their progress. My goal as a Camfed Learner Guide is to make a positive impact on their lives and empower them to reach their full potential.
• 06/01/18, 08/01/18, Camfed Ghana, Transition Guide, As a transition guide, I got to connect with awesome junior high school students and talk about topics that really matter. We covered things like adolescent reproductive health and rights, developing leadership skills, figuring out career paths, and personal and professional growth. It was such a rewarding experience to guide and support these students as they transitioned to the next chapter in their lives.
