    Successfully ensured the migration of our business from a Sole Distributor Model to a Multi Distributor Model ensuring 40% Growth in Business in 1st Year.

    2. SalesMAX 2 (Nestlé Ghana Ltd)

    A three month project on how the Sales Department can Maximise, Accelerate and execute our Sales agenda. This involved travelling across the country to better understand our current position and develop a blueprint which will serve as catalyst to propel our sales agenda. We did this by reviewing our Route to Market Structures and sales organization. This led to reinforcing our effectiveness, efficiency and finally keeping an edge over competition.
