An agricultural economist with knowledge in agricultural policy analysis and development, project management and monitoring and evaluation. Ten (10) years of experience in agricultural and rural development practice in Ghana with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. Over 8 years of practice in donor coordination and sector policy dialogue. Extensive experience in policy formulation, project design and management and Data Analysis. In the last 7 years, participated in the development and supervision of several projects funded by World Bank, IFAD, African Development Bank, FAO, AGRA, JICA, the USAID Feed the Future initiatives, ILO, European Union among others. Organized agricultural sector policy dialogues with multi-stakeholders through Agriculture Sector Working Group (ASWG) forum and Joint Sector Reviews from 2021 to 2024. Successes in my career are underpinned by efficiency, excellent client orientation, effectiveness in teamwork and prowess in problem solving and interpersonal skills.
