Work History

Criminal Fraud Investigator (CFI)

  • Conducts VIP protection duties
  • Recently performed motorcade lead for congregation delegations and other VIPs from the United States such as the speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the second gentleman of the United States when he accompanied his wife the second lady to Ghana in March 2023
  • Liaise with the Ghana Law Enforcement institutions to investigate crimes committed against American Diplomats, personnel, equipment and housing facilities
  • Provide supervision and training for over 30 law enforcement officers with the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration and the Registrar of Birth and Death on criminal investigation, corruption and organizational liaison among others
  • Liaison with State of Ghana Law enforcement institutions such as the police, Ghana Immigration Service, the Courts, the Passport office among others to investigate cases that affect American diplomats
  • Liaise with the Ghana Police Service Headquarters to deploy police personal to Patrol and provide safety and security including police patrol in designated areas of the U.S Embassy offices, personnel, premises and assets
  • Provide support for the monitoring and implementation of technical security measures as by the Regional Security Office (RSO) for safeguarding the U.S Embassy offices, personnel, premises and assets
  • Support the monitoring of the security situation across the country, and media reports of security issues and have in collaboration with other U.S Foreign Service National Investigators (FSNI) currently monitored and reported to RSO the recent OccupyJulorbiHouse civil procession
  • Take part in the conduct training briefing on safety and security procedures, including convoy and evacuation procedures, in line with the organisation's security guidelines
