Accomplished project and programme manager with over 18 years of experience delivering large-scale, multi-country projects in West Africa in the areas of agriculture, land use, natural resources (e.g., forestry, water resources), climate and sustainable technologies, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable commodity value chains. Committed research and development professional with proven expertise in strategic programme delivery, donor compliance (e.g., USAID, World Bank, UN, EU), and stakeholder engagement with governments, the private sector, civil society, development partners, local communities, etc. Track record for building and coordinating multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams, mobilizing resources, and fostering policy dialogues that drive sustainable impact at local, national, and regional scales.

• Successfully steered more than 10 projects in agriculture, natural resource management and climate change, including three complex multi-country projects (involving at least 8 countries).
• Led in delivering capacity building training to more than 500 individuals/businesses in climate change, climate finance (including carbon markets and ESG), agriculture, natural resource management, and disaster risk reduction.
• Authored and co-authored more than 40 scientific articles in high-ranked journals, project reports, and policy briefs on a wide range of topics including agriculture and natural resources.
• Led or contributed to mobilizing at least 3 million dollars in project funding from major funding agencies including the World Bank, EU, AUC, BMBF, etc.
