• Head of Community Relations Unit; authoring strategic plans and directing activities within operational areas of Bui Power Authority including 21 communities in 2 regions of Ghana (Bono and Savannah); 4 communities in Volta region where a 45kW Tsatsadu Micro Generating Station is located; 6 communities in Yendi in Northern region where a 50MW solar project is located.
• Developed a Corporate Social Responsibility policy document for BPA.
• Initiated and coordinated a successful gift box distribution (Samaritan Purse) project dubbed "Adwen Pa" (to wit "Best Intentions") to children within the BGS enclave
• Media Relations function; authoring articles and productions of pictorials and video compilations and documentaries for publicity. Also formed media platforms for news dissemination
• Directed work of 9 employees and 2 National Service personnel, monitoring quality, compliance and productivity.
• Coordinated a Salvage Archaeology of communities to be inundated by the reservoir of the Bui Generation Station (BGS).
• Led Community Entry processes for Mid-Term Health Impact Assessment for the BGS enclave.
• Conducted performance evaluations for my staff to maintain appropriate staffing requirements.
• Developed and carried out public relations and internal communications campaigns on BPA policies, activities and notifications.
• Designed Communication banners and conducted visitors around the BPA projects including UNDP officials.
• Authored BPA Media Relations and Social Media policy documents.
• Designed and implemented a website framework for Content Management of official BPA website (www.buipower.com) using drupal and Wordpress.
• Designed first BPA brochure.

• Started as a Reporter and rose through the ranks to Ag. Deputy News Editor. Among the many duties were;

- chairing editorial meetings

- assigning reporters and preparing daily, weekly & monthly rotas

- editing and producing news bulletins

- assisting in the organization of company events

- reading news bulletins

• Coordinated Choice FM's presidential coverage of the 2004 Presidential Elections in Ghana - coordinating 60 Journalism/Broadcasting students from different institutions who assisted in the election coverage.
• Produced and presented an award-winning radio programme "Tourism in Focus" which aimed at the development, sustenance and promotion of Ghana's tourism. It was awarded the "GATTA Radio Programme of the Year" in 2004 by the Ghana Association of Travel and Tourists Agents, GATTA. The programme hosted Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Officials from GHana Tourism Authority, Tourism Experts, Tourism Trade Associations, Tourists and Journalists.

• Assisted District Information Officer and his staff in reporting to the Regional Coordinating Director for the Ashanti Region of Ghana. This included reporting on activities of the District Chief Executive, the weather and soci-economic activities in the district.
• Visited towns, villages and suburbs of the district to aid in the reports.
• Provided coverage for activities by other organizations included CARE International and other NGOs in the district.

• Assigned by Team Lead to various events to provide media coverage for news bulletins.
• Notable reportage was on institutions running without accreditation from Ghana's National Accreditations Authority.
• Understudied seasoned journalists in Ghana including former Ghana Journalists Association president, Dr Affail Monnie
