- Lead a team of vibrant workforce that doubled production capacity from 120 metric tons a day to 240 metric tons a day without increasing productivity cost in 2019, and subsequent increments in 2021 from 240 MT to 300 MT per day.
- Help the company to recruit, interview, select staff; assign duties, and reschedule work.

- Train staff to be fully motivated in achieving production targets, as well as supersede set objectives.
- Production planning and control of Flour and Feed Mill.
- Responsible for intake of all raw materials for feed and flour mill - wheat, maize, and SBM into the big silos and its smooth operations.
- Determines, in consultation with the operation Manager, the daily instructions on production activities (Flour and Feed Mill) and ensures a safe working environment with staff observing all safety rules.
- Draw up budget on raw material, production, and other related costs for both mills.
- Organize milling personnel for monthly stock count and ensure that wheat silos, bran silos, maize silos, flour bins, and finished products are well arranged and ready for the exercise.
- Follows and controls the movements of all raw materials and draws the attention of the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Authorize the transfer of dirty wheat, in precise quantity, from the big silos to the dirty wheat silos.
- Order the transfer of Maize, SBM, and Oyster Shell in the right quantity for Feed production.
- Optimization of flour extraction on first break and dirty wheat during production.
- Ensure that flour quality produced is within FMGL quality specifications, as tested and confirmed by the Quality Control department, in order to guarantee a stable and high quality of flour with impeccable hygiene.
- Directs, monitors, and controls all processes for the production of flour and feed, including cleaning/conditioning of wheat for milling.
- Implement Seaboard Corporate operation manual policies.
- Communicates all breakdowns in the operation of the mills to the maintenance Manager.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the roller mill, roller knife, brush, scales for wheat and flour, the dosage of additives, plant-sifters, the bran finishers, the hammer mill, filters, etc.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Hammer Mill, Separator, Mixer, and other machines in the Feed Mill.
- Collaborates with the store manager for the monitoring of stock of materials and consumables of the mills.
- Responsible for hiring casuals in consultation with the Human Resource Manager.
- Assist with staff appraisals, recommended best performer for administering staff of the Feed/Flour mill in preparing leave roster and shift schedules. Assist with staff appraisals, recommend best performer for promotion, motivate staff, and discipline subordinates.
