  • As the the project manager assigned to the construction of the West African Genetic Medicine Centre (WAGMC) Building complex, a 2400 sqm multi-level facility that consists of ultramodern laboratories, a 250-capacity smart auditorium, a genetic clinic, and classrooms with a budget of $2 million, I successfully implemented a hybrid project lifecycle for construction, i.e., planning with predictive and constructing incrementally in project phases, which led to a 15% cost savings in the estimated at completion budget while utilizing the skills of subcontractors specialized in the various project phases
  • Oversee and prepare renovation and capital budgets; asset schedule maintenance; and asset preventive maintenance strategies
  • As a key member of the organization’s project oversight committee in charge of tenders and execution of project contracts, I collaborate with the procurement and other stakeholder departments within the, to ensure that projects are in alignment with key stakeholder requirements and the World Bank’s deliverables for the center
