
Frank Asare Addo is a Professional Teacher, Procurement Specialist and a Development Planner who holds Msc. degree in Procurement Management and Bsc. degree in Planning (Policy option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. As a Professional teacher, he holds a 3 year Post-Secondary Cert “A” from Abetifi Presbyterian College of Education. He has an in-depth knowledge and experience in Procurement management, Contract Administration, Strategic Planning (using the NDPC Planning Process) and project management using the Logical Frame. He is equally enlightened about the Public Financial Management Act and its Regulation as well as the Public Procurement Act. He has profound experience in education including deep knowledge in Contemporary pre-tertiary educational Acts and Policies, Key Performance Indicators, Education Performance Contract document, Learning Theories, Classroom Instructional Design, the Global Foundational Learning Tracker and Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects . Arguably, his versatility knows no bounds. This background puts him far ahead of his competitors in any sector including Educational Leadership & Administration.
Currently, he is the Deputy Director in charge of Finance and Administration at the Municipal Education Office, Konongo, in the Asante Akim Central Municipality. Frank Asare Addo is the proud winner of the prestigious 2003 Bronze Award of Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences, Accra, for his contribution to the body of knowledge, “The Relevance of Mathematics to Education”.
