• Prepared stationery materials and equipment for all training sessions within hub location.

• Managed financial allocations and expenditures according to delegated authority and rendered timely accounts
• Submitted monthly invoices for the provision of catering services.
• Managed the disbursement of all transportation payments and submitted weekly reconciliation to the Training and Capacity Building Manager.
Monitoring and Evaluation
• Collected and submitted weekly and monthly attendance figures for each training class.
• Logged weekly updates of attendance figures onto the Training Management Database.
• Worked with the Training and Capacity Building Manager to conduct scheduled quality assurance visits to each training class within hub location.
