  • Successfully designed and set up local procurement and a warehouse for BCM Tonkolili project which really contributed to the success of the mining operations on African Minerals project.
  • I ensured proper documentations were prepared and kept for all parts invoiced to Goldfields Ghana, for a successful transition when Mantrac Ghana Maintenance and repair contract was over.
  • I reduced the total inventory value of Sierra rutile mining from 36 million dollars to 20 million dollars in the space of 12 months with effective collaborations with the End users.
