Accomplishments

  • Through robust internal control system put in place was able to reduce underground variance losses from GHS 200,000 to about GHS 650,000 per month. This is over 300% per the period under review. For Goodness Energy.
  • My team was able to improve on the profitability for Goodness Energy from a loss position of GHS1.5 Million per annum to GHS7.8 Million per annum through expenditure reduction, continuous training, unannounced sport audit and intensive monitoring.
  • I was able to improve the annual internal audit rating from fair to good for the first time in the history of Tema Community 2 branch
  • I was also among the five most effective and efficient branch Managers who was able to manage their respective Branches to profitability level with it’s initial cost setup taken into consideration. Among these five branches I was the only manager who managed two these branches, thus Spintex branch and Tema Community 2 Branch respectively
  • My Branch (Tema Community 2) adjudged by the Management of TRB as Best deposit mobilisation Branch for the week ending March 03, 2017
  • I was able to grow the deposit base of the Tema Community 2 branch of TRB from GH¢ 4.6 million when I took over the management of the branch in September 02, 2016 to GH¢ 18.4 million by week ending March 03, 2017
  • My branch (Madina) was adjudged by the Management of Sahel-Sahara Bank as third overall best performing branch for 2012, second best in loans, second best off- balance sheet and second best in profitability contributing over GHS1.1m net profits to the Bank’s total profitability.
  • I was adjudged as the best performing Branch Manager for Jan. Feb. And March 2011 by the Management of Sahel-Sahara Bank.
  • First Batch of Senior Management staff promoted by the Management of the Sahel Sahara Bank since its inception in March 2008
  • My branch (Accra Central) was adjudged by the Management of Sahel-Sahara Bank as the most profitable Branch for 2011. Contributing over GHS630, 000 net profits to the Bank’s total profit of the bank.

  • Through hard work, good direction and coordination, i was able to break even and made profit for the Branch (Accra Central Branch of Sahel Sahara Bank) within one and half years of its existence, this is unprecedented in the history of the Bank.
  • I played a major role in Sahel Sahara Bank’s aggressive Branch Expansion work in the award and supervision the construction of eight (8) Branches of the Bank within five(5) months of my appointment as the Coordinator, Branch Support Unit of the Bank
